What To Expect

Our valuers conduct thorough, HMRC-compliant assessments across properties or at your office.

For house contents, we conduct systematic room-by-room assessments, identifying both general contents and items needing specialist attention. The valuer will photograph and document everything relevant.

For individual items, we provide detailed examinations at the property or your office. Our valuers have broad expertise and can access specialist consultants when required.

Most valuations are completed within one hour, with any additional research time discussed in advance.

Fees are £249 for the first hour and £124.50 for each subsequent half-hour. Travel costs are £0.45 per mile. All prices are subject to VAT.

London And The Home Counties

Our valuation team can visit properties across Greater London as well as the home counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Essex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, and West Sussex.

The fee is £249 for the first hour and £124.50 for each additional half-hour, with a two-hour minimum charge. Prices are subject to VAT. Travel within Greater London is included in our fees. For travel costs in the home counties, please contact us.
