Valuations
We have a team of specialists available to visit properties in person and provide an official contents valuation, whether that be for HMRC, the Court of Protection or for some other purpose.
We can then help to arrange the sale of the contents if required, from the ordinary household items right up to any high value collectors’ objects.
Our in person valuations are ideal for large estates, or those that contain specialist collections or high value items.
How it works
It’s as simple as:
Booking a convenient time to meet a valuer at the property
Letting them into the house on the day and accompanying them whilst they take pictures and make notes

Not only can we value all types of chattels, but we can arrange for every kind of object to be sold as well, taking one more problem off your hands.
Pricing
Our fees are £249 for the first hour, £124.50 per half hour thereafter and travel at £0.45/mile – all subject to VAT.
