Swift Values are amazing. They are incredibly friendly and responsive, and provided great advice on how best to go about valuing the contents of my mother's house, including answering questions that I had not been able to find answers to prior to contacting them. They made what could have been a complicated and time-consuming task very simple and stress-free, and at a very reasonable cost. They also provided the valuation reports very quickly. When we needed help coming up with IHT figures for household contents Swift Values was just what we needed. I was concerned about overpaying tax on very modest household contents. Very easy to use and great to have something official should there be any query. Would definitely recommend, thanks.

Spoke to Mark shortly after submitting my request on Thursday 4th December. Submitted photography for content and jewellery on the 5th. Received written valuation by e-mail containing two PDF's on the 8th.

Very prompt service. Now I just need to get the remaining expenses in and I can apply for Probate.

Simple, fast and effective way to get a valuation of all the house contents (in my case for probate) without stress. All you have to do is take a few photographs of each room in the house on your smart phone, then send them off to Swift via the guidance on their web page. Within a couple of days you receive your valuation, together with a report. Excellent!

Excellent service. The friendly team gave me great advice on the phone to help me understand the online valuation system. In the end it was super easy to submit the information needed and prompt delivery of the valuation report has made a daunting part of dealing with my mother's estate, far easier than I anticipated.
