We have valuers who can cover in person assesments in Cheshire, Lancashire, Manchester, Merseyside, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Wales and the West Midlands.

Fees are £249 for the first hour and £124.50 for each subsequent half-hour. Travel costs are £0.45 per mile. All prices are subject to VAT.

London And The Home Counties

Our valuation team can visit properties across Greater London as well as the home counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Essex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, and West Sussex.

The fee is £249 for the first hour and £124.50 for each additional half-hour, with a two-hour minimum charge. Prices are subject to VAT. Travel within Greater London is included in our fees. For travel costs in the home counties, please contact us.
